Happy 2017!

Happy 2017!

I am ready to breathe and become me.  How am I not me?  Who is me?  How did I get here?  Where am I going?

The goal of this blog is to keep me accountable to myself.  I am beginning a journey into health, fitness and weight loss.  Today I spent 3 hours preparing healthy foods to be ready for the week.  I will be posting my current health and weight statistics tomorrow.  As I close this first entry I eat my last bowl of caramel greek yogurt with chocolate syrup.  Goodbye sugar, grains and dairy... I will be ok.  Off to take before pics and measurements... yikes
