Food, Food, Food - Week 1

Week One:

For the whole week I ate the same breakfast, lunch and snacks.  Well, yesterday was a snow day so I had bacon instead of plantain chips and salsa.

     Monday -zucchini noodles, herbed chicken, broccoli, buffalo sauce
            I had made the chicken in the crockpot over potatoes (for my boys), but it came out too thyme
            flavored.  Hence the buffalo sauce.
     Tuesday - Spicy taco seasoned chicken over romaine and spinach, with black olives, avocado,
            lime juice and a dash of coconut oil.  (everyone else had chicken tacos)

     Wednesday - Spaghetti sauce (with 97% lean hamburger, sauce from scratch) over zucchini  
            Spaghetti Sauce
     Thursday - Steak with broccoli and sweet potato slices.

Today I was out with my mom at lunch time.  We shared a chicken salad with cranberries, which did
      have mayo.  A little dairy, but not much.  I drank water and a cup of decaf vanilla rooibos tea.

Friday Dinner -    Paleo Chicken Tortilla Soup
